A brief profile of various programmes organized by NORTH EAST GIRL STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (NEGSA)
This was held on the occasion of Bihu at NEGSA Headquarter on 10th April, 2012 .
This was held on 28th January, 2012 at State Museum Auditorium. A Seminar on Right to Education was held on the occasion.
This was held on 13th January, 2012 at State Museum Auditorium. Dr Nayan Sarma, an expert on Big River Dam of International repute attended the programme as the keynote speaker.
This was held on 6t January, 2012 at NEGSA Headquarter to brief the Media persons on the proposed seminar on “Problems and Prospects Of Big River Dam in North East India"
This was held on 29th November, 2011 at District Library Auditorium, which was inaugurated by Padmashree Natwar Thakkar.
This was celebrated on 27th September, 2011 at State Museum Auditorium in collaboration with IGNOU Institute of Vocational Education and Training, Shillong
This was held from 28th January, 2011 to 1st February, 2011 at National Games Stadium, Sarusajai, which was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Assam, Sri Tarun Gogoi. The programme was organized in collaboration with State Level Advisory Board for welfare of students and Youth, Govt of Assam.

A 21 day Multi skill and Leadership Development programme was held from 10th July to 31st July, 2009, in collaboration with IGNOU Institute of Vocational Education and Training, Shillong which was inaugurated by Sri Tarun Gogoi, Chief Minister, Assam
A 15 day Multi Skill and Leadership development programme was held from 5th April to 21st April, 2009 in collaboration with IGNOU Institute of Vocational Education and Training, Shillong which was inaugurated by Mr Santikam Hazarika, Director, Assam Institute of Management.
This was held on 28th January, 2009 which was inaugurated by Mr Prateek Hazela, DC Kamrup (Metro) on the occasion of XIIth Foundation Day of NEGSA.
A 5 day Youth Empowerment and Skill Development programme was held from 26th November to 30th November, 2008, which was inaugurated by Captain Rabin Bordoloi, MLA.
This was held on 21st May, 2008 in collaboration with IGNOU at State Museum Auditorium, which was inaugurated by Lt Gen (Retd) Ajit Singh, the then Governor of Assam
This was held on 28th January, 2008 at the State Museum Auditorium which was inaugurated by Captain Rabin Bordoloi, MLA held on the occasion of XIth Foundation day of NEGSA.
A 2 day Youth Development programme was organized on 16th and 17th December, 2007, which was inaugurated by Sri Bharat Chandra Narah, Minster for Youth Affairs, Culture etc.
This was held on 26th November, 2007 at NEGSA HQ which was inaugurated by Mr Kirip Chaliha, M.P.
A 3 day North East Youths Initiative for Peace and Development was held from 2nd December to 4th December, 2006 which was inaugurated by Sri Tarun Gogoi, Chief Minister of Assam.
A 5 day Regional Integration Camp was held from 30th September to 4th October, 2007 which was inaugurated by Sri Tarun Gogoi, Chief Minister of Assam .

A 3 day North East Youths Initiative for Peace and Development was held from 2nd December to 4th December, 2006 which was inaugurated by Sri Tarun Gogoi, Chief Minister of Assam.
held on 28th, 29th and 30th July, 2006 at the Seminar Hall of Handique Girls’ College.
A 5 day Entrepreneurship Development Camp was held from 6th June to 10th June, 2006 at Handique Girls’ College which was inaugurated by Lt Gen (Retd) Ajai Singh, the then Governor of Assam.
This was launched on 28th January, 2005 on the occasion of 8th Foundation of NEGSA.
A 7 day National Integration Camp was organized in association with Assam College Teachers Association from 5th July to 11th July, 2004 at Handique Girls’ College. About 110 students and youth took part in the programmee where Resource persons from DBI, NERYC, IIE, AIM, OKDISCD, GU, etc. were invited.
This was held on 26th, 27th and 28th November, 1999, which was inaugurated by Lt Gen (Retd) S. K. Sinha, the then Governor of Assam and addressed by Late Pushpalata Das, etc
This was held on 9th and 10th November, 1998 which was inaugurated by Mrs Usha Narayanan, First Lady and addressed by Dr. Kiran Bedi, Mrs Brinda Karat, Late Omen Deori, Sri Kanaksen Deka, Col Manoranjan Goswami etc.
